Is it possible to exchange my wig after I've purchased it?Exchanges and refunds are not possible. Our wigs are custom-built, and once the order is finalized, no changes can be made beyond 24 hours of purchase.

What if I don’t like my wig?At HerFactory we want to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability so we will do all we can to rectify the problem in a timely manner. Modifications can be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Is shedding a common issue with wig hair?If properly maintained, your wig should experience minimal to no shedding. Please refer to our Do's and Don'ts Wig Maintenance Guide for more information.

Is there a risk of losing my deposit?Yes, you risk forfeiting your deposit if you do not pick up your wig within 7 days after being notified that it is ready. You will receive an email and text notification when your wig is available for pickup.

Can I cancel a custom order?Yes, you can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. There will be a cancellation fee of $50, which will be deducted from your final refund amount. Custom-made wigs are started as soon as the order is finalized, so this fee will cover production that has begun.

Can I provide my own hair bundles for my wig?Yes, you can provide your own hair bundles. However, we do not accept cut or distressed tracks for production. The hair must be clean and intact, with no exceptions.

Can I have my wig shipped the next day?Yes, there are options for rush delivery for an additional fee. (See Store Policy for shipping details)

How do I know what size wig I wear?There is a size chart available. After following the measuring instructions, you will select your wig size on the chart, which will be labeled by measurement. (See size chart)

What should I do if my wig doesn't fit properly due to incorrect measurements?If your wig doesn't fit properly because of incorrect measurements, please notify HerFactory within 24 hours. We will do our best to rectify the situation.

Can my wig be dropped off or mailed in for repairs?Yes, all wigs can be dropped off or mailed in for repairs. Drop-off turnaround time is 48 hours. Mail-in turnaround time is 7 days.
